What Do Muslims Say About Jesus ?
The Quran dos not go into great detail about every aspect of Jesus’ life, however it does make the most important things about him very clear. Based on the Quran, Muslims believe that Jesus was the son of Mary, the daughter of Imran, who was a descended from the Prophet Solomon, the son of David who was a descendant from Judah, who was one of the twelve sons of Prophet Jacob, who was a descendant from Isaac.
It is a known fact that Jesus was born to Mary of Immaculate Conception. Mary was chosen and prepared by god to be the mother of Jesus (pbuh), just as God had chosen prophets for their position.”
And remember when the angels said, ” o Mary, surely God has chosen you, and he has made you pure, and has prefers you above all women in the worlds. O Mary, be obedient to your lord, and prostate and bow down in worship before him with those who bow down in worship.
“This is from tidings of the unseen whish reveal to you-and you were not there with them when they cast their reeds( to decided) which of them should be Mary’s guardian, and you were not there with them when they argued about it.”
Surah 3:33-44In the bible the story goes that an Angel appeared before Mary and told her all of what was to come. The Quran confirms this in Surah 3:45-53 where Angel Gabriel appears to Mary and tells her that God has sent him to her, to give her good news.
That she will bear a son, whose name is the messiah, Jesus son of Mary, who will be honored by people of this world, and by the people of the world to come.If even says that he spoke from the cradle. Of the many miracles that Jesus performed, he also spoke as an infant baby.
Muslims also believe in addition to the many miracles that Jesus performed during his life on earth, that As Jesus traveled the earth, and teaching about God, and his purpose for mankind, the Romans and the Pharisees grew concerned about his influence over the people, and wanted him dead.
So they made a plot to kill him, but God knows everything, and made a plot better than their plot.As they thought they were crucifying him, god in fact did take him (his soul) and raised him up, until the day that he is to return to earth and fight the Dajjal (the anti chirst) and kill him with a spear at the gate of Ludd or lydda Ben-Gurion Airport.
The Gate of Lude is . a place in Palestine near Bayt al-Maqdis, now known as the City of Ramallah. This is also the town near Tel Aviv that is home to Ben-Gurion Airport or Lod airport, the gate is near the airport entrance.(3) The pedestrian entrance is at Rimon Gate. (4)When he comes, we will recognize him. He will be of medium height, and his color will be reddish-white. He will be wearing two garments, and his hair will look wet. He will break the cross, kill the pigs, abolish the Jizyah, and call people to Islam.Jesus will bring peace on earth, and will live for forty years, and will than die.
The similarity of Jesus with God, is the similarly of Adam with God. The both were created from nothing, into something; but Muslims not believe that neither Jesus nor Adam is Gods children, or equal to God. But that they are creations of God, and there I none equal to him.
But both were created for a purpose, and they full filled their purpose based on the commandment of God.
